Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Most orders ship within 24 hours, though please allow up to 1 business day for handling.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Currently, we ship free on orders over $100.00, but occasionally offer free shipping on all orders.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged in transit, we will submit a claim to our insurance and refund you.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer unless there is a manufacturer's defect or there was an error by our shipping department.
