Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are typically processed the same business day. While we ask customers to allow up to 1 business day for handling, most orders ship within 24 hours.

We ship Monday through Friday from Eagle, Idaho.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that personalized, handmade, and select specialty items may require additional processing time before shipment. Any extended processing times will be clearly noted in the product description.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that some express shipping options may not be available for PO Box addresses depending on the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Red Ledger Gifts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry! In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We understand how frustrating and confusing this can be.

Before reaching out, please check around all entrances to your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact your local carrier for any additional delivery details.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control, especially during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
